This document establishes pre-contractual information on distance contracts on the website www.forallphones.com, referred to in article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014 of February 14, and of all subpages. The domain www.forallphones.com is owned by BLUE4ALL LDA, with registration number 513 783 903.
Intellectual property: All content and information contained on www.forallphones.com and its subpages are property of BLUE4ALL LDA and therefore the reproduction, copying, and dissemination by other means of logos, texts, images and videos contained in the website will be subject to the prior authorization.
Registration: To place a purchase order, please fill out the form and receive. After signing up to pay for a purchase of your products.
Shipping Orders: In order to guarantee a fast and efficient delivery service, Forall Phones has joined the CTT carrier, ensuring that all orders arrive within 24 hours after the shipment, and the same is processed after a confirmation of payment and the availability of the products.
Availability of products: All the articles that are available at www.forallphones.com are available for ordering. The customer is duly informed and accompanied in the event of a stock break or order delay.
Warranty: All equipment is warranted up to 1 year from date of delivery (unless otherwise noted). To activate the warranty, the presentation of the purchase invoice will be mandatory, followed by an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the subject: "warranty", describing the source of the failure. The problem is promptly evaluated and will be taken the needed repair/replacement actions at no cost to the customer. There will be no substitute equipment given for improper use, neglect, dropping or spilling of liquids.
